Environment Control, an established commercial janitorial company, is looking for an excellent cleaner for a part-time day porter position in Dallas, Oregon.  The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM (4 hours per day).
Pay starting at $16.00/hour with an opportunity for an increase after 30 days.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for maintaining a clean environment in an occupied office building, including:
  • trash removal
  • sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
  • dusting and sanitizing high touchpoint areas
  • cleaning and stocking restrooms and break rooms 
All equipment is provided and on-site.  Prior experience not required; training is provided.
 
**REQUIREMENTS**
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, car insurance and a cell phone
  • Must have a great eye for detail cleaning
  • Must be personable, able to work independently around customers without disturbing them
  • Must have a great attitude and communicate skills
  • Must be able to bend up & down frequently, lift 20 pounds, work with a 10-pound backpack vacuum
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Must pass a background check
